Operations Director – Asset Manager

My client, a leading Asset Manager based in Dublin city Centre, is now seeking an Operations Director to lead their Dublin operations.
The director will be responsible for managing funds' lifecycles, transaction oversight, and vendor management.
Responsibilities:Oversight of all trade lifecycle activities across trade execution, middle office, administration, and custody service providers.Oversight of new product launches.Oversight of the Company's outsourced functions.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensuring that investment teams receive best-in-class support for their funds.Oversight of due diligence on outsourced service providers.Ensuring that fund expenses, payments, and settlement breaks are well managed.Periodic reviews of outsourced functions and their alignment with the Operational Risk Framework.Act as primary escalation point of contact for queries from internal and external stakeholders.Taking lead with regard to Ad-Hoc projects within the operations function.Ad hoc reporting to the Board of Directors.Key Requirements:Ideally, you will have previous experience in a VP/Senior management level operations role in an Asset Management/Investment Management or UCITS Management Company.Experience with various types of financial products and financial markets.What's in it for you?Salary is dependent on experience, plus a highly competitive discretionary bonus.Hybrid working 2-3 days from home.Extensive health package.Competitive pension.Contact:Should you be interested in this Head of Operations position, please upload your CV to the link below, or CVs can also be sent directly to ******.
