Operations Manager Dub

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the Ground Ops Team of Europe's Largest Airline based at Dublin Airport.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
The Op's Manager will be responsible for both Front of House and Ramp operations to ensure the safe and efficient running of our Dublin operation.
The successful candidate will be based at Dublin airport, on a shift roster and report to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities: Manage rosters, annual leave, payroll, ID's, stock, uniforms, training, recruitment, and any other duties assigned.Deal with all staff related queries and manage RCO's / PSM's.Provide cover for General Manager as required.Manage the Dublin base performance and KPI's.Analyse and investigate delays and implement fixes.Compile reports as required.Manage Safety Reports and audit findings.Work closely with Airport Partners and attend local meetings at the airport.Requirements5 years aviation management/supervisor level experience – essential.A thorough understanding of ground handling procedures and operations.Knowledge of Ryanair Operations is desirable but not essential.Ability to make quick decisions whilst working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask.Benefits: Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations.Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.Cycle 2 Work Scheme.Unrivalled career progression.Discounted parking at Dublin Airport.Staff discounts at selected Dublin Airport shops.
