Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager to manage Pool operations and oversee all business operations and provide staff leadership while on duty, in conjunction with our management team.
This will involve operations in our Reception, Fitness, Pool and Maintenance departments and our Indoor and Outdoor multi-sports facilities.
This is a full-time role which offers exposure to the full workings of a major leisure business with planned expansion within the next eighteen months.
The role requires shift work Monday to Sunday, working a weekend on rotation.
The roster covers our opening hours from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage staff, ensuring weekly and monthly rosters are issued in a timely manner and reflect business needs Manage customer group bookings Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines Manage all business requirements in conjunction with the Management Team Oversee operations in all sections of the business when on duty Required skills and personal qualities: Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Legend (Legend advantageous but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to integrate quickly into a team environment Flexible and innovative approach to work Benefits: Competitive salary (including breaks paid) DOE Employee discounts Gym and pool membership On-site parking Interested candidates should apply by email to and include a copy of their Curriculum Vitae.
