West Wood Club is a seeking a full time operations Manager to join their operations team.
This position will require someone with the full commitment and drive to apply themselves 100% to keeping West Wood Club a premium club.

West Wood Club depends on the successful management of its gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes, party venue and kid's activity camps.
While you will be required to support all these departments and ensure their efficient running while on duty this role will primarily focus on the running and management of a team of 250+ staff, ensuring our operational strategy is fully implemented and followed, mentoring and improving performance and demonstrating and demanding the highest level of customer service.

Follow instructions fully from the general manager and the assistant general manager to always deliver on time.
Quickly learn all aspects of the role.
Prioritize your tasks and responsibilities to ensure the efficient running of the club , and the efficient delivery of the West Wood Club experience.
Take responsibility for the efficient running of all departments while on duty.
Be observant and fully aware whilst on duty of all facility problems and take full responsibility and ownership to follow through to the end.
Fully support and ensure the seamless integration between all departments while on duty - including membership, maintenance, front desk, gym, administration, cleaning, tennis and fitzone.
Anticipate problems before they happen and take the necessary action to prevent them from happening.
Always provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure, while you are on duty, that all staff deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Take full responsibility for implementing and managing the high standard of operation of the club while on duty.
Deal with, follow up, and document, all member complaints in a professional manner.
Always maintain an exceptionally clean and friendly club.
Take full responsibility, and fully implement, all West Wood Club systems and procedures while on duty including: Member retention strategies - must have ability to conceive, implement and deliver.
Health and Safety procedures - experience or qualification a distinct advantage Cleanliness systems and procedures Maintain management systems Gym management systems - ability to effectively manage gym floor and large class schedule essential Front desk systems and procedures - always provide exceptional customer service Membership payment management systems and procedures As operations manager on duty you will need the ability to be able to operate under pressure while continuing to deliver on all responsibilities of the role.
