The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a critical role responsible for overseeing our daily financial operations, operational activities, and providing exceptional customer support.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success of AIPRM and RAGIDX.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operational and financial activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor financial transactions and budget to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Implement and maintain operational best practices, optimizing processes for better efficiency.
Lead customer support efforts, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with different teams to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Prepare regular reports on operations and financial status for senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other external partners.
Requirements Residency in Ireland is mandatory.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of financial management, operational processes, and customer support.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote work.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
