Skills and AttributesLeadership SkillsOperational ManagementDescriptionPurpose of the Post: The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) service in the MMUH (0.5wte).
They will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high-quality SLT service.
The successful applicant will lead and deliver the acute care SLT service (0.5wte) in collaboration with Senior and Staff Grade SLTs.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, they will be expected to develop the relevant SLT service with a commitment to continuous quality improvement and quality assured patient-centered care.
