Operations Officer

Operations Officer Morgan McKinley have partnered with prestigious Dublin based Investment Bank.
Due to an exciting period of company growth, they are now looking to recruit an Operations Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.Working as part of a wider, dynamic team which acts as the funnel into the Front Office, successful candidates will carry out the following duties: Responsibilities Acting as an escalation point for fixed income trade related queries.
Managing trades on in-house platforms.
Involvement in project management activities related to fund launches and trade support.
Preparing reports for management and internal committees.
Manage the maintenance of SSI data in various systems for new and existing clients.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary.
Achieve a service standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate regulatory/operational risk.
Co-ordinate with Senior Management to ensure distribution of work and management of team mailbox are efficiently handled and prioritized to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist Manager with establishing a training schedule for respective roles in the team.
Provide training to team members on best practices.
Requirements Previous Settlements, Trade Support, Back / Middle Office experience required.
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging is essential.
Ability to display good Time Management Skills.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
