Position: Warehouse Materials Coordinator
Location: Limerick, Ireland
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To: Managing all aspects of supply chain from Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Repairs, Returns & Shipping in order to support Limerick Wafer Fab operations. Ensuring accuracy of inventory receipts per delivery dockets/SAP information and maintaining records of received goods. Issuing of Spare parts, Silicon, Chemicals, and Gases on SAP to manufacturing. Attending chemical/gas planning reviews and adjusting forecasts if needed. Communicating supply issues to Purchasing and Fab when known. Processing of return parts and put-away using SAP warehouse management. Ensures working area is always clean and tidy as per 6S standards within departments. Delivering parts and non-stock items across the site and collection of shipping items. Adherence to all health and safety rules per department/site specifications. Work in all aspects of the Stores and Shipping Department as per relevant specs ensuring any issues are highlighted. Updates to SAP as required by Engineers and Vendors. Performing Cycle Counts ensuring addressing any variances and ensuring inventory accuracy. Commitment to Continuous Improvement. Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multi-task. Be capable of working with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Required Skills and Competencies: 3-5 years' experience in a Materials Management, Logistics, Stores, Warehouse environment desired but not essential. Experience in handling chemicals and hazardous materials would be advantageous. Flexibility a must and must be willing to work shifts – Days / Nights / Weekends as reasonably required. Forklift Certification. Exceptional team player. Strong ability to follow written instructions/specifications. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a level, constructive manner with team members, management, and business partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions. Demonstrated ability to operate computer interfaces to ensure data accuracy and integrity (MS Office Suite Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
). Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring a high level of attention to detail and ability to deliver to output targets. Effective time management, balancing of priorities, and proficient multi-tasking capabilities. Willingness to cross-train and grow within the Materials and Logistics team. Ability to learn SAP and shipping computerized systems. Valid driver's license. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
