Senior EHS Advisor We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor based in Dublin, currently working on a large-scale residential project.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the companys Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System on-site.
Foster a positive safety culture among the site management team, contractors, and workers.
Conduct regular safety inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
Build and sustain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices in EHS standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate: A recognized qualification in EHS, such as a degree or diploma (e.g., NEBOSH diploma or equivalent).
5+ years experience in Health & Safety roles, ideally within construction.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and relevant databases.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
