Job Title: Business Analyst - Dublin, Ireland Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and architecture of Oracle Finance solutions for our client within the finance sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating Oracle Financials with other business systems, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Support the design and architecture of Oracle Finance solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Financials with other business systems, such as EPM, payroll, HCM tools, or any third-party application.
Provide technical support and guidance to development teams and consultants working on Oracle Finance projects.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
Assist with the development and configuration of Oracle Financial modules, customizations, and extensions as needed.
Ensure that finance and accounting processes and solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology.
Mentor and train team members and super-users on Oracle Finance best practices and solutions.
Essential Skills Proven experience of 10+ years in Oracle consulting.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Collections, Projects, and other advanced modules.
Good understanding of other Oracle pillars like Supply Chain and Payroll.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and awareness of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to finance and accounting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting solutions.
Change management and process improvement experience.
