Order Entry Support Specialist (Cork, Ireland)The Red Hat Order To Invoice team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is looking for an Order to Invoice Specialist to join us in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you'll act as the final checkpoint for all sales orders ensuring that information is processed accurately. What will you do: Manage queue and review and book orders submitted by customersComplete bookings under deadline pressureVerify that invoices and orders are accurateDistribute invoices to customersRespond to queries from the sales team and customers relating to orders and invoicesMeet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team's overall objectivesContinuously look for ways to improve processesComplete other ad hoc duties as needed by managementWhat will you bring: 3+ years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.comExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent preferredLean or Six Sigma certificationDesire to work in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic, adaptable, and flexibleAbility to create solid working relationships with a diverse set of colleagues and customersAbout Red Hat
