We are seeking a passionate Order Fulfilment Operative to join our award-winning team at Arboretum Leighlinbridge.
Youll play a key role in contributing to the exceptional experience we strive to create for our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: Accurately pick and stage products using handheld devices; ensure correct items and quantities for online orders.
Customer Service: Provide prompt support via phone, email, or chat; assist with order tracking and resolve customer issues.
Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, restock shelves, and assist with inventory audits.
Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
General Duties: Adhere to company policies, maintain a clean workspace, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements: Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, with excellent communication skills Previous experience in order picking or a similar role, with the ability to use handheld devices for inventory management.
Accuracy in picking and organising products, as well as conducting stock checks and inventory audits.
Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
