Order/Supply Chain Administrator Dublin 12 Permanent Salary: 35-40k Your next company is a highly successful global operation providing solutions to customers across a broad range of industrial engineering applications. They have had an operation centre in Ireland since 2004 and due to growth and an increase in product demand, they are now looking to add the newly created role of Supply Chain Administrator to the team.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesExpediting orders and handling all supply chain queries from source to delivery, working closely with the manufacturing sites in the EU.Order management, including reschedules, cancellations, and order amendments.Keeping key customers informed of open order status.Creating bespoke customer reports for review to identify potential delivery issues.Analysing internal purchasing reports to recognize potential supply risks and identifying mitigation strategies.Reacting to supply chain disruptions and contributing to solving problems and providing effective solutions quickly.Providing proof of delivery information to customers as required.General sales office support administration.Dealing with telephone enquiries.Working in a busy business environment.Being flexible to requests from management to undertake additional responsibilities as required.We are looking for candidates with a Level 6 or above in business administration, supply chain, or logistics who are highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
