Uniphar Medtech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Orthopaedic Sales Specialist - Recon & Mako to join our team. As an Orthopaedic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative joint replacement products to orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for joint replacement products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.Build and maintain relationships with key orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.Provide technical expertise and support to surgeons during surgeries and procedures.Conduct product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and usage of our joint replacement products.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new advancements in joint replacement technology.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.QualificationsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the orthopaedic industry, with at least 5 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or healthcare.Strong knowledge of orthopaedics, particularly in joint replacement procedures and products.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Technical expertise and understanding of surgical procedures and medical terminology.Self-motivated and results-driven.Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers and attend industry conferences.Valid driver's license.
