Quantity Surveyor Are you a qualifiedQuantity Surveyor with a background in construction?
We are looking for professionals at all levels to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of costs on a variety of construction projects.
Location:Westmeath Salary:Up to €80,000 DOE Responsibilities: Preparing and managing accurate project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
Overseeing tendering and procurement processes, ensuring value for money.
Administering contracts, including negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitoring project progress, identify variations, and ensure cost efficiency.
Conducting regular risk assessments and provide financial recommendations.
Collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying minimum.
Demonstrable experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably within the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel, or similar).
