Our client, a leader in asset servicing with a history of pioneering work in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced OTC Pricing Manager – AVP for their IFSC office.

This role will join the core Fund Administration team, which is highly regarded in the industry for its expertise in alternative asset and accounting services. The team is dedicated to delivering seamless, award-winning services for clients with complex fund structures.
As a senior member of the Pricing team, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals to ensure that clients' pricing needs are met with precision, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Oversee SLAs and Client Relationships: Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and coordinate closely with other internal departments such as Reconciliations, Client Integration, Market Data, and Application Support.Collaborate with External Stakeholders: Act as a representative of our client to external parties, including hedge fund clients, boards of directors, valuation committees, and investors.Lead and Develop the Team: Review team output, arrange training sessions, provide guidance and support, and conduct effective performance appraisals. You will also support the conversion of new clients and the migration of existing clients from other offices.Specialise in Derivative Valuation: Independently run pricing models to value derivatives, analyse derivative position valuations, resolve pricing exceptions, and act as an escalation point for complex queries.Manage Projects and System Implementations: Take the lead on critical projects, system rollouts, and workflow optimisations.Conduct Policy and Methodology Reviews: Ensure that fund valuation policies meet current industry standards (e.g., FAS157), review client Level 3 asset valuations, and ensure compliance with accounting guidance and reporting standards.Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or Economics, with advanced qualifications such as CFA, MBA, or Master's in Finance being an advantage.Technical Skills: Strong quantitative abilities in calculus, statistics, and financial mathematics. Proficiency in Excel VBA and SQL is essential, with additional programming experience seen as beneficial.Industry Experience: 5-7 years in roles related to derivative valuation, risk management, quantitative research, financial engineering, or OTC trading.
