What will you do?Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsAchieve individual targets and contribute to team and client's overall goalsLearn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and servicesServe as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client's value proposition and assess mutual fitChampion success stories and share with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.Identification, growth, and nurture a set book of net new customers for the clientSelf-prospecting leads and building a pipeline of high intent leads and accounts and potential opportunitiesProactively create winning outreach strategies focused on market trends, pain points and solutionsMaintain strong pipeline hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRMSet appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintain high engagement and conversion ratesProvide actionable insights to market trends, product feedback, customer insights, and learnings based on customer conversations.Proactively look for problems that can be solved creatively and present recommended solutionsWhat will you need to succeed?Minimum 1 year experience in similar role, including elements of partnering with sales, qualifying new business opportunities, objection handling and customer service skills.BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceProficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.Fluent English Speaker plus additional native language requirements as neededHigh confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spotExceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize informationStrong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressureAbility to professionally communicate and conduct presentations and product demos through both phone and emailStrong attention to details and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly collaborative and highly organized individualAbility to work to deadlinesWhat we offer?In our commitment to our "We Care" value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:Comprehensive VHI Health cover from day oneStructured training & career development opportunitiesEducation reimbursementPaid birthday leaveChild/Dependent care reimbursementPersonal Hardship Loan ProgramMental health and 24/7 employee assistance programBike To Work Scheme / Taxsaver Leap Card SchemeTop-performer and tenure awardsThe pay for this position is base salary per annum of €38,000with an additional variable bonus component of€5,000.
