Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Develop the P&C Strategy, ensuring People and Culture plans are aligned with business cultureWork with your client group colleagues and line managers to deliver the people plan and always ensure it is high priorityGuide and enhance the abilities of line managers to empower them in effectively guiding their teams while gaining a deep awareness of employee engagement trends and contributing actively to the P&C strategyBuild and maintain effective working relationships with your client group, Primark People and Culture Business Partner colleagues and Primark COEsWork closely with BPs to prepare and coordinate the annual performance management process Make Your Primark for your client groupsWhat You'll BringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:3+ years experience working in a HR team as a HR Officer/ Generalist/ P&C Experience CoordinatorExecuted strategic projects effectivelyExperience in coaching & influencing Leaders on complex ER mattersThird level qualification in HR or a business related disciplineCIPD qualifiedGood working knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation (including GDPR)Excited?
