Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Develop the P&C Strategy, ensuring People and Culture plans are aligned with business culture.Work with your client group colleagues and line managers to deliver the people plan and always ensure it is high priority.Guide and enhance the abilities of line managers to empower them in effectively guiding their teams while gaining a deep awareness of employee engagement trends and contributing actively to the P&C strategy.Build and maintain effective working relationships with your client group, Primark People and Culture Business Partner colleagues, and Primark COEs.Work closely with BPs to prepare and coordinate the annual performance management process for your client groups.What You'll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
3+ years experience working in a HR team as a HR Officer/Generalist/P&C Experience Coordinator.Executed strategic projects effectively.Experience in coaching & influencing Leaders on complex ER matters.Third level qualification in HR or a business-related discipline.CIPD qualified.Good working knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation (including GDPR).Excited?
