Raising detailed Purchase Orders, ensuring invoices reflect the work, and supporting the Accounts team to ensure the financial wheels run smoothly are daily rituals. You will not only issue quotations and chase POs but also meticulously reconcile vendor statements and liaise with accounts payable.
It's not just about numbers, though. You will keep your fingers on the pulse of the team's administrative heartbeat. From onboarding new starters to orchestrating critical training, you will ensure seamless integration into this robust environment. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, both within and beyond the immediate team, is our client's forte.
