Our client, aglobal healthcarecompany is currently recruiting for a Packaging Supervisorto join their growing team inWestport, Co. Mayo. Responsibilities: As a Packaging Supervisor, you will: Lead and motivate a team of operators and support staff through clear communication and mentorship.Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any non-conforming KPIs.Ensure operational capacity meets business needs, including recruiting and managing staff effectively.Take ownership of GTW (Getting the Work Done) records, investigate issues using Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS), and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).Hold regular team meetings and promote peer-to-peer feedback and innovation, ensuring issues are resolved within the specified timeframe.Complete daily process confirmations, including Line Clearance, and present monthly updates to Senior Management.Represent the company at client meetings, regulatory audits, and cross-functional meetings to enhance operational efficiencies.Support a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) excellence, adhering to all company procedures and ensuring compliance with GMP, cGMP, ISO, and FDA regulations.Qualifications: 3rd level qualification in relevant discipline.5 years or more experience in a similar role and industry.Green Belt certification preferred.For a confidential discussion on the role and the organisation please contact Emma Barry today. ****** 091 706719
