Role Summary Our client, a leading Irish retailer based in Dublin, is seeking a creative and strategy-driven Paid Media Manager to develop and execute their paid media strategy across a range of channels, with a primary focus on digital. This is a pivotal role that requires understanding business challenges, knowing our consumers deeply, and delivering best-in-class media strategies to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage media campaigns across various channels, including OOH, DOOH, Audio, Search, Shopping, Display, Social Media, Video, and Affiliates.Collaborate with partner agencies to launch campaigns, ensuring effective planning, asset creation, implementation, and performance analysis.Oversee performance marketing activities for Search, Shopping, and Affiliate campaigns, including budget management and optimization to meet KPIs.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.Manage and track budgets across all paid media channels.Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to create platform-appropriate ad content that drives engagement and performance.Build strong relationships with external agencies, tech partners, and media vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and staying current with industry trends. Key RequirementsA strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.Ambitious with a passion for growing online sales.A strong collaborator and team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. About You4+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns, with a focus on digital.Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, channel dynamics, and performance metrics.Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics 4, Supermetrics, and Looker Studio.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive mindset and the ability to think critically.Passionate about driving business growth and delivering trade results.
