About The Role Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:   Painting and Finishing: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Perform decorative finishes such as faux painting, stencilling, and wallpaper application when necessary.
  Maintenance and Repairs: Identify and repair damaged areas, including walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.
Perform routine touch-ups in high-traffic areas to maintain a pristine appearance.
Assist in ensuring all painted surfaces comply with safety and durability standards.  Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Maintenance team to coordinate tasks and prioritize projects.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to guest experiences.
  Health and Safety Compliance: Use and store materials, paints, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during tasks.
Ensure workspaces are clean, organized, and safe for colleagues and guests.
Requirements for the role: Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Familiarity with a range of painting techniques and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
Ability to mix and match paint colours to maintain consistency across the property.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends or emergency maintenance tasks.
