Key Responsibilities: Draft and structure legal documents, including lease amendments, side letters, and corporate approvals. Assist with tasks across the legal department, including transactional work, company secretarial duties, and compliance. Maintain organised filing of all documents in line with company protocols. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law or business. Strong legal drafting and document management skills. Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
