Our client is a leading name in the provision of wealth solutions to many clients nationally. A household name in the industry, they are now looking to fill the following position.

Responsibilities Prepare client plans, inputting and modelling data in the Voyant system to develop cashflow models, net worth projections. Maintenance and operation of the tracking solution used to monitor planning activity and delivery timelines. To manage the acceptance of financial planning engagements. i.e., PMs and other stakeholders in agreeing to produce a financial plan and ensuring the adherence to our onboarding and engagement protocols. Attendance at meetings and recording of all meeting notes. Collation, interpretation and presentation of third-party data as required. Coordination and scheduling of all case conferences, production of initial drafts for review within case conference team. Coordination of first and subsequent meetings with stakeholders to discuss revision of drafts and production of final draft document. Issuing, collection and tracking of fees Tracking of executed recommendations arising post-delivery of plans. The evolution of the financial plans is a key objective for the firm. All training, process maps and plan outputs all should be continually updated in accordance with any relevant changes & updates Experience required Strong Knowledge of financial needs analysis software and market intelligence software essential. Digital literacy including proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Familiarity with the operational and systems requirements of CPC and other regulatory requirements. At least three years' experience in a financial services client advisory environment. Experience in the areas of pensions, retirement planning, estate planning and protection including CAT planning and business protection beneficial. The successful candidate should have relevant third level and/or professional qualifications. The following would be particularly suitable:

A third level business or financial qualification. Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) A willingness to complete the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in the near future.
