Candidate Profile: Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA). A self-starter with a robust accounting discipline and a keen focus on control. Proactive and eager, with a strong customer delivery focus and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the month-end process to ensure the general ledger is closed in line with company and IFRS standards. Enhance daily general ledger and accounting activities by reviewing monthly balance sheet files and proposing improvements. Oversee the annual year-end financial and early warning audits with external auditors. Provide necessary information on financial administrative issues and follow up on action points raised by auditors. Implement and monitor the risk control framework, optimising and improving financial processes. Manage tax processes, including corporation tax and VAT return processes.
