ABOUT THE ROLE: Bringing accounts to Trial Balance stageReconciliation of the bank accountsGeneration and posting client Sales invoices, maintaining Debtor reconciliations.Assisting on Processing Creditors Invoices and performing creditors reconciliationsProcessing payroll, Vat, P30's & RCTAssisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts ABOUT THE PERSON: Experienced Accounts Assistant, Accounting Technician or is part-qualified in accounting. Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
