They are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Part-Qualified Accountant to join their well-established finance team.

Your new role As part of the existing team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Preparing monthly management accounts up to the trial balance stage, which involves preparing and processing journals, as well as creating necessary supporting schedules and working papers.
Assisting the Financial Controller in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records, ensuring that all income, expenses, liabilities, and assets are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reviewed.
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting the Financial Controller in the planning, preparation, and delivery of statutory reports, internal and external audits, and the Annual Statutory Accounts within agreed timelines.
Handling quarterly VAT return workings and associated reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed To be eligible for this position, candidates should ideally be a Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
Applicants must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, the ability to work to tight deadlines, and possess excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
