Part Time Accounts Assistant - Dublin 14 - 6 Month Contract About Your New Job as an Accounts Assistant Assist in the preparation of accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly management information.Support the Accounts payable process including purchase order processing, processing of invoices and monthly payment runs.Maintenance of purchase ledger including reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of any disputes in a timely manner.Support the preparation of audit file at year end and providing information to auditors as required.Assist the Finance team with ad hoc reporting requirements.Support the delivery of weekly and monthly payroll as needed.Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the line manager as this role evolves.What You Need: The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role.Experience working with SAGE and MicroPay is required.This role requires excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with peers and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.Excellent co-ordination skills which are used in the running of reports, preparation of accounts and the contribution towards the various priorities across the function.What's Next?
