This prestigious Real Estate Property Co in South Dublin is looking for an Accounts & Office Manager to join their team.
Part-time 3 days per week Responsibilities: Receipt of invoicing and entering same into the accounting system (QuickBooks + Xero) Preparation of VAT returns Work with CFO on preparation of financial statements RCT returns Preparation of monthly management accounts for a number of entities.
Liaising with property executives for allocation & scheduling of viewings, meetings, inspections Assist in coordinating facilities management reactive works Processing Residential Tenancy Board (RTB) Registrations Support with collection of rent, financial reporting and updating tenant schedules Provide administrative support to Property Team including data entry, file management and scheduling appointments and services Assist in marketing properties through relationship building with estate agencies and potential tenants Assist with maintaining the commercial rates register and processing of insurance and service charge information Other ad-hoc duties Requirements: Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong customer service and numerical skills Ability to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills Ability to multi-task, deal with varied workloads and to be able to prioritise Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts and administration role Property and/or facilities management experience is desirable, but not essential Part-time (3 full days) & permanent and office-based role in Monkstown.
