Your new company Our client is seeking an administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your new role Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including tender bid submissions, marketing documentation, social media, new staff orientation, and quality system administration.
This role offers flexibility to work from any of our Irish offices.
Develop and prepare comprehensive tender documents Collaborate with project directors and managers to gather necessary information Design and update marketing materials using InDesign Manage and maintain the company's social media presence Assist with HR functions and general office administration What you'll need to succeed University degree 3+ years office experience Strong IT skills (MS Office) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive and proactive attitude What you'll get in return A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
