Part Time Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking to recruit a meticulous and experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.
Our client is a dynamic and growing company based in Maynooth, with a mission to provide the most unique and relaxing dining experience in the area.

Role: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage invoices and process payments. Handle queries related to financial transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes. Provide support during audits. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Accounting Technician or IPASS (Irish Payroll Association) certification. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience – €35,000 – €40,000 (pro rata) Flexible working environment.
