Our client, a well established professional association, is recruiting for a Part Time HR Advisor to join their team for a 1 year contract.
The role is based in Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2.
This person will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to their is a varied role that offers growth within the HR space, along with your will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to day Contract: Specific Purpose 1 year contract Salary: 61200e pro-rated to 30600e pa Hours: Monday Tuesday, 9am 5:30pm, Wednesday, 9am to 1pm Job share role, hybrid one day per week HR and CIPD Qualification are essential!
Responsible for: Provide day to day advice and guidance to small and medium enterprises in a variety of sectors on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, legislation and case law in a timely manner.
This is conducted via the organisation's HR advice line via phone and email.
Guide and coach small and medium business owners through HR aspects of business on a daily basis.
Relay current and up to date advice and information relating to HR to members.
Assist supporting bodies with Cover when necessary.
Partake in relevant Government and Representative Body steering groups Represent the organisation's Members at meetings externally when required.
Present at nationwide roadshows and webinars when required Prepare briefings, templates and guides on any new employment legislation.
Review contracts, handbooks and other members material making recommendations in line with current legislation.
Accountable for HR Hub (Companies Members Website) to ensure that the information provided is inline with our members needs and current HR trends.
Other Ad Hoc projects as required Skills/Experience: CIPD Certified Minimum 5+ years of HR experience (HR Business Partner Level) Experience with navigating complex ER issues Knowledge of best practices HR and employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Keen interest in self-development in the HR space Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Ability to work on own initiative Strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Suite.
