Part Time - Onsite Customer Warehouse Support - Killarney

Production Equipment is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 90,000 products to customers nationwide.
We are looking for an ideal candidate to be based on one of our customer sites for 2 days per week.
ResponsibilitiesDeal with customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.Develop good business relationship with onsite customer and deliver a first-class customer service.Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information.Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock.Participate in ongoing stock checks and cycle counts with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy.Goods receiving to include checking, counting and organisation of stock.Re-stocking of vending units to maximum levels required.Strip pallets and put stock in various bin locations, prepare pallet of empty bins for return to manufacturer.Work with a computerised stock control system.Other ad-hoc on-site support tasks as required.Skills and ExperienceAt least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.Ability to identify customer needs and provide high level of customer service.Experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment with a good understanding of supply chain procedures.Confidence to discuss the benefits and features of products.Good communication, organisational and administration skills.Flexible and pro-active attitude.Ability to embrace new ideas/initiatives when they arise.The ability to multitask and ensure projects are carried out to a high standard.Experience with and ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
