Our client, a well established legal organisation based in Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2 is seeking to recruit a Part time Receptionist.
Role: Part-time Evening Receptionist (with office duties) Department: Operations Reporting to: Head of Reception Core Hours: 2.00pm 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) Contract duration: Permanent Salary: €36-38K PRO RATA Duties/ Responsibilities: In this role you will be focusing on the following areas: Reception duties Operating the Zoom phone system Greeting corporate clients at Reception Booking and monitoring conference rooms Ensuring all conference rooms are catered and are clean/tidy Assisting with video conferencing and other meeting requirements Allocating car spaces Distributing incoming central email/faxes Ordering and sending taxis Organising tea/coffee, etc.
for clients where needed Photocopying Ad hoc duties as required The ideal candidate: You have 3/4 of three years experience as a Receptionist working with multiple lines in the hospitality industry or a professional services environment, preferably legal, accountancy or financial services Must have experience working withcorporate clients Excellent administration skills with an ability to work on own initiative Have a flexible approach to work, available to provide additional support/hours when needed.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
Can work as part of a team and to stay calm under pressure.
HaveSuperb Englishand excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Take a proactive approach to your work Working Hours Reception operates 5 different work shifts between 7.30am to 6.30pm and flexibility will be required.
