Your Role: As the Partner Portal Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive engagement and utilization of our partner portal among our channel partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage portal features and functionality, and drive adoption through targeted communication and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner marketing, experience with partner portals or similar platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences, as well as a proven ability to optimize marketing spend to drive measurable ROI.
Your Impact: Portal Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the partner portal, including content management, feature enhancement, and user experience optimization, to drive engagement and enablement among channel partners. Oversee the administration and optimization of the Impartner PRM portal. Ensure the portal is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's brand and objectives.Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for the partner portal, including training materials, sales tools, product resources, marketing collateral, and announcements, to support partner enablement and drive portal utilization. Manage the partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.Feature Enhancement: Collaborate with internal IT and development teams to identify opportunities for enhancing portal functionality, user interface improvements, and integration with other systems to streamline partner interactions and workflows. Manage user access and permissions, ensuring secure and appropriate access for partners.Communication and Training: Develop and execute communication and training initiatives to educate sellers and partners about the value and capabilities of the portal and its tools, drive awareness of new features and content, and provide ongoing support to maximize partner adoption and usage.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze portal usage and engagement metrics, user feedback, and partner satisfaction data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Track the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns and programs.Manage Partner Marketing Funds Tool: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and campaigns funded through partner marketing funds tool, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend.Portal Support: Provide technical support and training to partners on the use of the PRM portal. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to portal functionality and access.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with channel marketing, partner enablement, sales operations, and IT teams to align portal marketing initiatives with broader partner engagement and enablement strategies, ensuring consistency and integration across all partner touchpoints.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with portal vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure the timely delivery of services, support, and enhancements that meet the needs of our channel partner community.Compliance and Governance: Ensure all portal content and activities comply with company policies, partner program guidelines, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and security of partner data and assets.Your Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, with a focus on partner portal management or similar platforms.Experience with portal management platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools. Impartner PRM experience is preferred.Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and financial management tools preferred.Understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and partner enablement best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver effective training and communication initiatives.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences.
