Parts Advisor

Job description Ballinlough Refrigeration Ltd is a multi-franchise nationwide service and repair company specialising in Thermo King transport refrigeration, Dhollandia hydraulic tail lifts, and fleet maintenance for light commercial vehicles.
We have an immediate requirement for a Spare Parts Advisor at our facility at our Dublin Facility at Kingswood.
A direct parts advising background or similar within a motor factor or dealership environment is desired.
You are expected to be self-sufficient and as such a level of IT literacy is required and used to looking up parts on catalogue systems is ideal.
DUTIES         Managing parts and accessories stock levels         Dealing with in house technicians and charging parts to workshop job cards         Placing orders with suppliers         Receiving, checking and computer inputting of supplier orders         Allocation of parts         Identifying of parts using Parts Catalogue         Store maintenance and general housekeeping         Key Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role (eg; Motor trade) Excellent IT & Communication skills for customer service Proven ability to work as part of a team in a busy stores environment Education : Min Leaving Cert, 3rd level engineering an advantage.
