Duties include: Maximise customer satisfaction by providing the highest food quality in the pastry section, ensuring outstanding attention to detail.
Adherence to Glover's Alley standards of quality, preparation, recipes and presentation in the pastry section.
Maintaining product consistency in terms of seasonings, portions and appearance of dishes.
Be able to self-motivate to ensure that mis-en-place is always prepared for day ahead.
Have a strong creative flare for food presentation and be able to bring new ideas to menu creation.
Maintaining a good working relationship with the rest of the kitchen team as well as Front of House, ensuring good communication.
Ability to work under pressure at times with the kitchen team and also the front of house team.
Complying with health and safety regulations, including HACCP.
