Pastry Chef

We are looking to hire an enthusiast individual with a passion for pastry who can work in a fast paced environment.
The individual must be able to work as a team as well as on their own initiative.
They must have a good knowledge of HACCP and ensure compliance with all requirements of health and safety.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar setting and have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
