Pastry Chef

Cabra castle are recruiting for an experienced Pasrty chef to join our team Pastry chef ; main duties To prepare and produce food for the Pastry area which you are assigned and to the agreed four star standard, in conjunction with other chefs To minimize wastage with rational use of stack rotation etc.
