Details of the offer

We are looking for someone with experience and a passion for food to work in our very own scratch bakery.
  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years baking experience and a knowledge of HACCP   Pastry lamination experience is a bonus, but full training will be given.
  The ideal candidate will be part of a small team that produces a range of up to 60 different breads, cakes and pastries daily from scratch for our Cafe and our sister gastro pub the White Horse, along with responsibilities such as, quality control, stock levels and monitoring and sourcing the best local ingredients to use in our changing seasonal menu.
This role can be over 4 or 5 days.
