A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Diamond Coast Hotel as Pastry Chef de Partie. This role reports directly into the Executive Chef.

The Coral Restaurant at the Diamond Coast Hotel offers a warm welcome, excellent cuisine, great wines, relaxing surroundings, and friendly hotel staff to attend to your every need. Additional facilities include a crystal adorned banqueting suite perfect for your wedding day, seating up to 400 guests, meeting rooms, and Stir Bistro.
Main Duties To work with the Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the pastry section on a day-to-day basis.Ensure the efficient running of your area whilst on duty and making provision for preparation while off duty.Demonstrates a hands-on approach to all bakery products produced in the Pastry Department, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency standards meet company standards.Assist with the development of standardised recipes for all menu items.
