Job DescriptionWho You'll Work With The legal team at Arista Networks ensures the company adheres to legal and compliance rules across all locations we operate in globally.
What You'll Do Maintain our patent portfolio data and generate reports in the Foundation IP database.Manage global annuities for our patent portfolio.Responsible for managing outside counsel regarding Arista procedures and assist with cross-citing matters between law firms for information disclosure statements.Support the development of patent prosecution procedures and guidelines.Review and track outside counsel invoices.Provide support to IP attorneys.Qualifications5+ years of paralegal experience.Working knowledge of Foundation IP portfolio management software and experience generating customized patent data and docketing reports.Familiarity with US and European patent procedures and practices.Experience with patent docketing and patent portfolio management.Highly organized with attention to detail and desire for accuracy.Capable of working independently while also being a team player.Preferred: Experience with Google Workspace applications, Gsuite.Paralegal experience managing trademark portfolios.Interest in learning about new technologies.Additional InformationHours and Place of Work Hybrid working arrangements are available and will be agreed in advance.
Due to the international nature of this role, a degree of flexibility will be offered and will be required.
Remuneration The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience.
