Our office, Endodontic Associates of Michigan - Waterford, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.

Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression.
The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management.
You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit which means the following:
Welcoming patients to the dental officeMaintaining accurate patient recordsAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messagesCheck, sort and forward emailsKeep updates records and filesKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.
)As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your Background You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve.
You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks.
You're an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence.
You also have the following:
1 year of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant positionFamiliarity with office machines (e.g.
fax, printer, etc.
)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsA high school diplomaDesires to help your patientsIf this sounds like you, you will fit right in with the team!

Position Base Pay Range $17 - $22 USD
Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only.
For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer.
Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice.
Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients.
Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
