We're looking for a superstar Patient Coordinator to join our friendly team in Adelaide!  What You'll Do: Be the friendly face of our clinic, welcoming patients with a warm smile Master the art of diary management, keeping our schedules running smoothly Provide top-notch customer service across all channels - phone, email, and social media Support our awesome team and help create a positive clinic atmosphere Keep our clinic sparkling clean and well-stocked What We're Looking For: A positive, enthusiastic personality that brightens everyone's day A passion for connecting with people and building great relationships Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease Excellent communication skills and computer savvy Experience with stock management, including completing small inventory stocktakes and rotating stock when new orders arrive Flexibility and adaptability - every day brings new adventures!
The Details: Part-time position (24-32 hours per week) with evening and weekend availability Competitive hourly rate: €13.00-€16.00 (D.O.E) 6-month probationary period Ideal Background: 3+ years of customer service experience Clinic experience is a plus!
