BOC Limited, a Linde company Patient Service Advisor - Clinical Services Dublin, Ireland | req16305 What you will enjoy doing You will be working as part of our Clinical Services administration team in a Patient Service Centre within the Customer Service Centre in Dublin where you will accurately process orders from HSE clinicians and HSE community care centres Managing incoming Clinical Service Prescription Forms, ensuring the timely processing of same on SAP for the subsequent delivery of requests You will be responding to incoming telephone queries from patients, HSE staff members and work colleagues in relation to invoicing, debt, billing, account queries, and providing detailed information on our entire product range Providing full administrative support to the BOC Homecare clinical team as required And finally, communicating on a daily basis with fellow PSAs and our Clinical Nursing & Operations team, who install clinical therapies in patients' homes What makes you great You display a passion to deliver exceptional customer service for patients and healthcare professionals Moreover, you are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - If you have SAP & Salesforce experience this would be an advantage Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are required In addition, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills You must have a high level of personal integrity and work aligned to the values of being an inclusive workplace Why you will love working with us We are the largest provider of industrial, medical and special gases in the UK and Ireland.
