We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals to help us grow Phorest faster.
The Opportunity We are looking for a people leader who is proactive, enthusiastic, and driven to get results to lead our UKI PhorestPay team. As a team lead, you will build, lead, and grow a team of Account Executives and have the chance to create an environment where the team can reach their full potential. We have big ambitions in PhorestPay, and we're looking for a team lead who can drive our Pay sales performance in line with the growing needs of our customers and the company.

What you will do You will work with the team to reach targets and become a champion for your team. You will work closely with senior leadership on helping to form the Pay Sales strategy and executing on this. You will be proactive in identifying blockers to reaching our goals and helping to come up with solutions to solve these. You will oversee and be responsible for the team's KPIs and performance, and will work with the team to motivate them to deliver on these. You will help develop the reporting tools and communicate performance to senior management. You will take responsibility for new and existing team members, from hiring to ongoing development to ensure they are set up for success. You will oversee rates and bespoke deals given to customers and will be a sounding board for the team on conversations with their customers. You will work closely with senior management to give feedback on the team and what improvements need to be made to make us successful. You will work with senior management and the wider business to ensure operationally we are set up for success. Who you are High achiever with a proven track record of delivering results. Ability to work in a team environment to lead, coach, and train others. Previous Team Lead experience - desirable but not necessarily required. Organised, structured, and proven ability to work well with numbers and data. Bring excitement to the team! Create belief in our pay sales strategy and show your passion for achieving goals. An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
