We are currently seeking an Investigator Payments Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team within the Finance division. As an Investigator Payments Coordinator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing payments to investigators involved in clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
What You Will Be Doing: Coordinating and processing payments to investigators according to study protocols and contractual agreements.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and issues.Monitoring payment milestones and reconciling financial records.Generating reports and providing insights to aid in financial decision-making.Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience in finance, accounting, or clinical research is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
