Payroll Administrator

As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the payroll is accurate and processed as per the weekly deadline, you will take ownership and accountability for all sites and collaborate with clients to ensure all timesheets are received and processed in a timely manner.
You will be the point of contact for the employees on site and will be required to answer any queries the employee may have.
  Role Responsibilities: Manage and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
Manage timesheet's and ensure all are received and processes.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Process payroll adjustments, including corrections.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions Ensure compliance with Irish payroll regulations, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and tax filings.
Utilise payroll software to process payroll and generate reports.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
Generate and analyse payroll reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and reconciliations Work closely with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll procedures and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and training documents to enhance payroll processes.
  Skills & Experience IPASS Qualification or equivalent Good knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to details Possesses the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
