                             About the role : As a Payroll Specialist you'll provide an effective and efficient payroll.
You'll respond to requests, queries and issues raised.
You'll work alongside your colleagues to support your Team Leader, driving quality service and continuously looking to improve the processes and service provided.
                Responsibilities :              Completes and owns weekly payroll processing for all employees.
Ensures data is received in the right format and in time to complete payrolls to agreed deadlines.
Ensures all payroll processes and procedures are accurately documented.
Maintain a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance.
Handle complex payroll queries efficiently.
Provide and maintain regular data/statistics/reports.
Pension & Union administration and management.
BIK administration & management.
Process and administer Employee expenses.
Verify all Sub-contractor labour hours against fortnightly invoices.
Ensure company confidentiality and manage data under security policies.
Provide support and accurate information for UK payroll process Assist with the roll out and management of TMS for payroll and time management purposes.                  Candidate requirements :             A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
IPASS qualified.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent numeracy and computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisation skills.
Experience with Coins software is advantageous.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
